The clubhouse also features a day dock so you can tie up your boat, if you have one, or cast a line to fish.
This is truly a retirement community and postured for people on fixed incomes. As of 2017 units range from $55,000 to $90,000 depending on how the unit was appointed. While these condos may be modestly priced they have a great deal to offer the homeowner. I think this community is perfect for people who like to travel or want little in the way of maintenance.
