When I describe Hobe Sound to a client the word “relaxed” comes to mind. While the community is on the quiet side it does have a small downtown area with fine dining and shopping. Did I mention the beaches? The beaches in Hobe Sound in my opinion are the best in Martin County. The water is a beautiful aqua color and you can enjoy the beach without big crowds. Parking is free in Hobe Sound and you can fish right from the beach. Another bonus is that you are only 20 minutes to Palm Beach International airport so getting to and from the airport is a breeze.
HOUSING
For housing choices you will find predominately single family homes in the Hobe Sounds area, however, there are villas and townhomes available as well. This is an older community with limited new construction. There are many waterfront homes in the multi-million dollar range for those seeking peaceful waterfront views away from the hustle and bustle of a big city.
