Jensen Beach Florida Skyline Drive Wow

Jensen Beach Florida has many interesting traits for a small Florida City and one of them is a road called Skyline Drive. What makes this road unique is that this is an unusually high elevation. Most of Skyline Drive is around a 40′ to 50’ elevation with one area nearly 80’ above sea level. For those lucky enough to live on the east side of the road, well they get to experience some amazing views of the Indian River, Hutchinson Island, and the Ocean. While these heights are nothing for some other areas of the country, rest assured,  this road has some of the highest elevations in the state of Florida.

Skyline Drive homes are located in unincorporated Martin County in Jensen Beach and there are no HOA fees or restrictions other than Martin County zoning and planning regulations. You will get to see homes of all shapes and sizes many built from the early 1950’s to some fairly new homes and a select few vacant lots as well. Prices range widely, anywhere from the high 200,000 to 900,000 as of the date this was written.

People who reside on Skyline Drive in Jensen Beach Florida get to enjoy great waterfront views and great breezes. If you were ever worried about the Florida heat have no fear , those living on Skyline have constant moving air and sometimes the wind can be strong. These breezy conditions cool down the air temperature anywhere from 6 to 8 degrees depending on the time of year.
