Above is my sneak peak video of the Little Ocean Club located in Stuart Florida.  I have shown these units dozens of times over the years and thought I would do a small write up on this lovely community because the Little Ocean Club is not your typical condo development. These units are spacious and have 1202 square feet of living space,  but they feel like a good 1500 square feet of living space due to the layout. If you have ever viewed a typical condo unit then you know most are rectangular- narrow spaces and can feel somewhat cramped. The units at the Little Ocean Club have an L shaped layout with a healthy portion of the space dedicated to the main living area. Due to this design the units feel bigger and are very comfortable.

As of September 2017 the condo fees are $609 per month and include the following:

Cable TV

All common area maintenance

Building Insurance

Pest Control

Reserve Fund

Water and Sewer

Trash Removal

The community has a private beach and beautiful pool area.  What I like most is that they feel like a home and not an apartment. Location is perfect and you can be in downtown Stuart in about 8 minutes for great dining and entertainment. Easy commute to 95 as well,  so catching a plane at the Palm Beach international airport is a breeze.

You can have 1 pet and there is no weight limitation which is unique for a condo community, as most do not allow pets or have a modest 20lb limit on your pet. So I find that the Little Ocean Club is the perfect place for many pet owners.
