The Tradition Community in Port St Lucie

One of the things that I love about the Treasure Coast is the beauty that lies in our backyard.  We have a spectacular ocean, beautiful rivers and lush greenery.

Yes, we have lots of pretty scenery here in Florida and the good news is we have a diverse selection of neighborhoods to go along with it.

Tradition is a planned unit development located in Port St Lucie Florida, just west of I95. It’s a unique neighborhood that was designed like a city. And what I mean by that is this community is set up with its own set of businesses and services that cater to the residents within this housing development. The neighborhood offers its residence all the basic services they need to live and whats great is that all of these businesses are located within a few blocks of the actual homes. It features a grocery store, several community banks, restaurants and retail stores making this a self-contained development. Residence in the Tradition have everything they basically need and virtually no need to travel outside of the community for things like groceries, banking and dining. And when I say you don’t need to really go anywhere I’m not kidding, the community even has its own hospital.

The neighborhood streets are nicely manicured and the Tradition has an ample supply of housing options. You can choose from condos to town homes, row houses and large estates. You will find something for every budget and taste.

If you are itching to venture out however, you’re only a short 40-minute drive to the beach, mall or downtown Jensen Beach.

You will find that many of the homes in the Tradition were built in 2004 or later. So, there is not much in the way of fixer uppers in this community. The values are good and the amenities are even better.

So, like most the Treasure Coast, St. Lucie County offers warm weather and of course beautiful Florida scenery, but it also has many great neighborhoods to go along with it. You can look at some of the beautiful homes for sale by visiting the search page on this site.
