Dip Your Toes in Our Waterfront Establishments
I love the outdoors, so when it comes to dining out, I will always choose a waterfront destination first. However, any open-air dining establishment gets my vote. I adore being outside and savoring the atmosphere that accompanies open-air dining. The scent of the salt air, the warm breeze caressing my face, and an ice-cold beverage in my hand make me positively giddy inside.
The Treasure Coast offers an abundance of choices for waterfront dining. Since I reside in Martin County, most of my options are conveniently close to home. However, let me make it clear that I enjoy trying everything, so I also venture to downtown Fort Pierce to experience the Tiki Hut and mix things up. Downtown Fort Pierce boasts numerous fantastic dining establishments with outstanding waterfront views. The turquoise blue waters of the Fort Pierce inlet are a sight to behold, and with so many people flocking to enjoy the water, it’s no surprise that there are excellent eateries along the inlet. Recently, the renowned Square Grouper opened its doors, offering live music, tropical breezes, and a perfect view of the Fort Pierce inlet. Moreover, Archie’s on the ocean provides a fantastic option for casual dining.
Port Salerno, a small area of Stuart, Florida, has its own unique niche, with several seafood and shopping establishments lined up along the waterfront. The Pirates Loft is a delightful spot to dine while enjoying the scenic Manatee Pocket, and it’s a popular destination for boaters. Many boaters unwind at the Tiki Bar after a day at the sandbar, and I must confess that I’ve spent more than a few hours there over the years. After a long day on the water, the thought of going home to cook is simply unimaginable. Thus, I’ve become a loyal patron of the Tiki. Pirates Cove Marina offers both wet slip and dry slip options for storing your boat, and it features excellent dining choices both inside and outside the building. Boaters adore this location for its waterside dining and refreshing cold beverages.
One of the top waterfront dining destinations in Downtown Stuart, Florida, is the Boathouse, Hudsons, and The Waterfront Sailfish Lounge.
